Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ADSALSA S.L.U., operating under the Adsalsa Studio brand, collects, uses and shares information when you use our mobile games, applications, related services and the website at adsalsastudio.com (together, the “Services”). It is intended to apply across our current and future portfolio unless an app displays a separate privacy notice.
Our current Google Play portfolio includes Arrow Puzzle (com.xpgames.arrowv1), Toppings Block (com.xpgames.blockv1), Rune Blast (com.xpgames.jellyv1) and Tacho&Tachy. Logic Game (com.xpgames.tachov1). This policy also covers later Adsalsa Studio titles that link to this page.
1. Data controller and contact
The data controller is ADSALSA S.L.U., C/ Filá Abencerrajes, 4, 03804 Alcoy (Alicante), Spain. For privacy questions, requests or complaints, contact apps@adsalsagroup.com.
2. Information we may collect
The information processed depends on the game, your device, your settings and the features you use. Our games generally do not require you to create an Adsalsa Studio account.
- Device and technical information: device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, app version, IP address, network information and general device settings.
- Identifiers: app-instance identifiers, advertising identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID, and identifiers generated by advertising, analytics or platform providers.
- Game and app activity: levels played, progress, scores, game events, session duration, interactions, ad views and other usage information needed to operate and improve the Services.
- Diagnostics: crash reports, performance information, error logs and related technical data.
- Approximate location: a general country or region may be inferred from your IP address for localisation, fraud prevention, compliance and advertising. We do not seek to collect precise GPS location through our standard games.
- Purchase information: product purchased, transaction status and receipt or transaction identifier. Payments are processed by Google Play or the applicable app store; we do not receive your complete payment-card details.
- Support communications: your email address, message, attachments and any device or account information you voluntarily provide when contacting us.
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain and personalise game functionality and save progress where supported.
- Deliver ads, measure ad performance and, where you have consented or applicable law permits, personalise advertising.
- Understand gameplay, improve balancing, develop features and measure the performance of our Services.
- Process and validate in-app purchases and restore purchases.
- Detect errors, fraud, abuse, security incidents and violations of our terms.
- Respond to support enquiries and communicate about service-related matters.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce or defend legal claims.
4. Legal bases in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland
Where applicable, we rely on: performance of a contract to provide the game and purchases; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting and improving the Services; consent for personalised advertising, advertising identifiers or local storage where required; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Advertising and privacy choices
Our games may be supported by advertising. Advertising partners may process identifiers, IP address, device information, approximate location, ad interactions and app activity to deliver, limit, secure and measure ads. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalised or non-personalised.
Where required, we display a consent or privacy message in the app. You can review or change eligible choices through the app’s Privacy options entry point when available, through your Android privacy and advertising settings, or by resetting/deleting your device advertising identifier. Restricting personalised ads does not necessarily remove advertising.
6. Service providers and sharing
We may share information with vendors that help us operate the Services, including hosting, technical support, crash reporting, analytics, fraud prevention, advertising and app-store services. Our principal platform and advertising services may include:
- Google Play services and Google Play Billing for distribution, platform functions and purchases.
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and its authorised demand partners for advertising, frequency control, fraud prevention and measurement.
- Google/Firebase services, where enabled in a particular game, for analytics, configuration, diagnostics and crash reporting.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Google’s privacy information is available at policies.google.com/privacy, and information about how Google uses data from sites or apps that use its services is available at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect users or the Services, or as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or transfer of the relevant business. We do not disclose your information to unrelated third parties for their own direct marketing.
7. Data retention
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to provide the Services, maintain security, meet accounting or legal requirements and resolve disputes. Retention periods vary by data type and provider. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer required, unless a longer period is required by law.
8. International data transfers
Our providers may process information outside your country. Where European data protection law applies, transfers outside the European Economic Area are protected using an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another valid legal safeguard, as applicable.
9. Children’s privacy
Our standard games are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in a user’s country, unless the relevant store listing expressly states otherwise. We do not knowingly request a child’s name, email address or other direct contact information in our standard games. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact apps@adsalsagroup.com so that we can investigate and delete it where appropriate. Any title specifically offered to children will apply age-appropriate settings and the relevant Google Play Families requirements.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal data; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. EEA users may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
Residents of certain US states may also have rights to know, delete or correct personal information and to opt out of certain targeted advertising, “sale” or “sharing” as those terms are defined by applicable law. Use the privacy choices presented in the app or email us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
To submit a request, email apps@adsalsagroup.com and identify the game and device concerned. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify and complete the request. Because most games do not use an Adsalsa Studio account, we may be unable to identify data that cannot reasonably be linked to you.
11. Security
We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
12. Website information
Our website does not require registration. Standard server logs may contain IP address, browser, requested page and timestamp for delivery and security. If we later add non-essential analytics or advertising technologies to the website, we will update this policy and request consent where required.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our games, providers or legal obligations. We will publish the updated version on this page and change the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice in the relevant app.
