These terms govern your use of Adsalsa Studio games, applications, related services and this website, except where a product provides additional terms.
1. Provider
The Services are provided by ADSALSA S.L.U., C/ Filá Abencerrajes, 4, 03804 Alcoy (Alicante), Spain. Contact: apps@adsalsagroup.com.
2. Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Services for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. You must not interfere with operation, bypass security, cheat, automate gameplay, reverse engineer where prohibited, distribute malicious code, misuse advertisements or use the Services unlawfully.
3. Virtual items and purchases
A game may offer optional purchases or virtual items. Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play or the applicable store under its rules. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be changed or discontinued where legally permitted.
4. Advertising and third-party services
Games may display advertising and use third-party platform, analytics or technical services. Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms. Privacy information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The Adsalsa Studio name, games, software, artwork, text and other content are owned by ADSALSA S.L.U. or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond the limited licence above.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, balance, suspend or discontinue features or a Service. We aim to provide reliable Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, ADSALSA S.L.U. is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the Services. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Termination
We may restrict access where you materially breach these terms, misuse the Services or create a security risk. You may stop using a game at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Law and changes
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country. We may update these terms for legal, technical or service changes and will post the revised date above.
